Agency applications
Review and approve registered agencies. An approved agency can be put on temporary hold, which blocks every sign-in without deleting anything; a rejected agency can still be approved later.
Per-agency Android apps
Each approved agency gets its own white-labeled APK / AAB. Download to install on a device or upload to Google Play Console.
Agency sharing
Decide which agency may send its recovery data to which other agency. The link is one-way: the sending agency then names the head office and branch its records land in from its desktop software and sends them.

Both agencies must be approved. A link back the other way is a separate entry.
Finance integrations
Give a finance login a head office inside one agency. Pick the agency, pick the finance, then name the head office and the branch its uploads land in. One finance holds one head office per agency.
Finance logins
A finance that applies at /integrations waits here. It can sign in only after you approve it; a rejected or suspended login is told its integration is not allowed.
Create an integration
The head office and branch are created inside that agency. Every upload from this finance replaces whatever the branch holds.
Support tickets
Issues reported by agencies from their desktop app. Reply and set status — the agency sees your reply in their app.
Notifications
Send a message, with an optional attachment, to the desktop software of chosen agencies. It pops up on their screen and stays in their notification list.
